About Me
Pramod Gudishetty
I was born in India. From an early age, my parents emphasized the importance of education and self-discipline, values that have shaped my journey ever since.
I completed my bachelor's degree in Engineering before moving to the U.S. I came to the US with $6,000 to study Computer Science and pursue the American dream. After completing my master's degree, I began my career as a Data Engineer. I worked tirelessly at times and soon realized that climbing the corporate ladder did not align with my ultimate goals, so I explored real estate, transforming a lifelong passion into a successful investment journey.
I started investing in condos, townhomes, and single-family homes after the 2008 housing crash. Later I realized the potential of multi-family investments, I started investing in multifamily properties, with the latest deal being syndicated with friends and family.
Real estate is a tangible investment with value that is both visible and measurable. While the stock market averages a 10% return over 20 years (excluding inflation), real estate offers the potential to achieve returns of up to 200% in just a few years.
I enjoy collaborating with people and excel at building strong relationships with investors, partners, operators, management companies, and others. With my background as a Data Engineer, I bring a robust analytical and technological advantage to securing successful deals. Additionally, I utilize advanced tax strategies, such as depreciation and cost segregation, to maximize returns—because true wealth isn’t just earned; it’s strategically built.
I am now driven to elevate my entrepreneurial journey to new heights. This inspired me to establish Kleem Capital, a firm dedicated to scaling opportunities and empowering others to achieve financial freedom through real estate.
